I can do half for you... I found out I was pregnant when my period was late, really late. I was almost a month past due when I realized it was likely from being pregnant.
I felt fullness and heaviness inside. It was like I had overeaten even if I hadn't eaten in hours.
However, I didn't do the childbirth thing - I ended up having an abortion. So, if you ever need the details of that, feel free to look me up.
